Domaine Denis Pommier is a very small estate based in the village of Poinchy. In 1990 Denis Pommier inherited from his grandfather, 2.5 hectares of established vineyards in Chablis AC, and Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy and Fourchaume. Denis also acquired small parcels of land from his aunt in Petit Chablis and Chablis AC. The estate now covers 10 hectares of vines - one third each of Petit Chablis, Chablis
The wines of Domaine Denis Pommier are full of character and personality. They have typicity, and plush textures, with great depth of complex flavours.
