Drinking beautifully now, this Chardonnay is elegant and fresh, with stainless steel fermentation and approx 9 months in barrel. Only 20% malolactic fermentation means it is creamy with a little buttery character, but without the 'big oak' experience.
Made in a French style with NZ fruit it was awarded Silver in the NZ International Wine Competition, and 4.5 stars in Winestate journal.
