Winevault needs to collect and use some of your Personal Information to enable us to provide you with wine storage. We are committed to ensuring this information is handled appropriately and kept secure.

i. the provision of wine storage to you,

iii. the enforcement of the storage Agreement in any way.

iv.                 iv. administrators and liquidators

v.                   v. debt collection services

You may review and, where necessary, correct the Personal Information Winevault

has collected by :

 

i.                           giving Winevault reasonable notice of your intention to review your information,
ii. attending at the Facility, and

Winevault only collects personal information online when you choose to provide it, for example, in order to pay a bill or to make a request to become a Winevault My Cellar member.

This information is collected for the purpose of evaluating the performance of our online services and product offerings - no individual website user is identified.

Winevault is committed to holding your personal information securely. All stored information is protected from unauthorised access through the use of secure passwords and user log ons or other security procedures.

This website also contains a business-trading sub-site that is operated by Winevault and the Commonwealth Bank group. This sub-site enables Winevault to accept online payments from you, using your credit card.

 

When CommWeb captures data for online payments it is passed through a secure server using encryption technology to ensure that your information is protected when being sent over the Internet. This process does not involve Winevault having access to, or collecting or recording, your credit card information.
