Humidity. A relative humidity of 75% is maintained in all storage areas and is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Vibration. Constant vibrations can upset the equilibrium and normal development of wine. Wines that are shaken are believed to throw off their sediment too soon. Winevault is built like a fort, free from street and traffic vibrations.

Light. Ultraviolet light can be harmful to wine if exposed for even brief periods. Winevault eliminates all natural light from all our storage areas.
